We should analyze the good and bad karmas that we bind on a daily basis for atleast 10 minutes. Pujya Niruma guides us on how to rewind and see our actions/behaviour at the end of the day. If we have hurt someone, seen faults of others, we have bound bad karma (paap) and on the contrary, if we have helped others, given happiness, we bind good karma (punya). Through analysis, we become aware of our faults, and this provides us with an opportunity to repent for these mistakes. Gradually, we will become free of mistakes and experience the bliss of the Soul.
